1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Prickly Pear Experiences, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website and guided tours, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services
Prickly Pear Experiences, LLC offers guided tours and experiences in Arizona. Services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and other operational considerations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.

3. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be made directly with the Prickly Pear Experiences Team
Payments with a deposit of 50% are required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods when booking with a team member.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Customers may cancel their booking up to 14 days before the scheduled tour for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will not be eligible for a refund.
If we cancel a tour due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By participating in our tours, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved, including but not limited to physical exertion, weather conditions, and wildlife encounters. Prickly Pear Experiences, LLC is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the tour. Contracted third parties the company uses will be fully insured.

6. Code of Conduct
Participants must follow guide instructions, respect local laws, and refrain from disruptive behavior. We reserve the right to remove participants who fail to comply with these guidelines without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Prickly Pear Experiences, LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Parties agree to resolve disputes through mediation before seeking legal action.
